Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We currently offer worldwide shipping, including to the United States, Canada, and all countries within the European Union.
Estimated Delivery Times
Because our products are shipped from international fulfillment partners, delivery times are typically as follows:
United States: 7–15 business days
European Union: 7–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Some of our products ship from local/domestic warehouses, while others ship directly from international suppliers. For orders shipped from an international location, applicable import duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. For orders shipped from a domestic warehouse, no additional import duties apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about a specific order.
